Important: Our website accepts orders even while our office may be closed. (Weekends and Public Holidays etc.)
Expected Order Processing:
We'll process all orders that are placed over the break when we return on Thursday the 4th of January.
Extended Lead-times:
During the year (February to November) we operate on a 10 business day turnaround. Over the Christmas holiday break, we extend this to 20 days, due to supplier and factory closures.
ie. If an order is placed on December 26th, the earliest you could schedule your delivery would be Wednesday, January 24th.
