Wardrobe Lead Times
Christmas & New Year (2025/2026)
Important: Our website accepts orders for wardrobes even when our office is closed (Weekends, Christmas break and Public Holidays, etc.).
Expected Order Processing:
Due to a full office and factory shutdown, order processing will be paused during the closure period (December 18th to January 6th). We will process all orders placed over the holiday break when we return from Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. These orders will be prioritised based on the time they were placed to secure the earliest possible manufacturing slot. You will select your final wardrobe delivery or pickup date after completing your purchase.
We are currently booking all new wardrobe deliveries for January 2026.
Extended Lead-times Advisory:
During the year (February to November), we operate on a 10 business day turnaround for wardrobes. Over the Christmas holiday break, the lead time remains 10 business days minimum, but the schedule is significantly impacted by our factory closure and daily capacity limits.
Factory Closure:
Our factory will be closed from Thursday, December 18th, 2025, to Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.
- Please note: All dates within this closure period are NOT counted as business days.
- We will continue manufacturing wardrobes up until December 18th. Deliveries will re-commence on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026.
Capacity Constraint Impact: Our booking calendar shows availability starting from the 10th business day after your order. However, due to the high volume of orders filling our daily capacity, the earliest available booking slot may be pushed out beyond the 10-business day minimum until we catch up. Your order time dictates your priority in securing the next available spot.
Example Calculation:
If an order is placed on Thursday, December 18th: The 10-business-day manufacturing lead time is interrupted by the closure. Counting 10 business days from when the factory re-opens (January 7th), the minimum date your wardrobe would be ready is Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.
However, due to capacity limits, the earliest you could schedule your delivery would likely be Wednesday, January 28th, 2026.
