At myDIY, our production line is automated to ensure your custom products are manufactured with precision and delivered as efficiently as possible.
To help you plan your project, please refer to our standard manufacturing lead times below. These durations are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your order is processed.

Important Scheduling Information
- Post-Purchase Scheduling: To provide the most accurate delivery or pickup window, your final date is selected after your purchase is completed. Once your order is confirmed, you will be directed to our scheduling tool to choose the earliest available slot.
- Fixed Production Slots: Our manufacturing schedule is strictly organised based on the order in which projects are received. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all customers, we are unable to shuffle or pull orders forward for earlier delivery.
- Capacity Management: While we aim for the lead times listed above, during periods of high demand, the earliest available booking slot may extend slightly beyond the minimum window. Your confirmed date will always be visible during the post-purchase scheduling step.
- 24/7 Ordering: Our website accepts orders at any time. Please note that the business-day count begins from the first working day following your order (e.g., an order placed on a Saturday begins its count on Monday).
