Rural Delivery Service
Once you enter your postcode, our delivery calculator works out the cost based on your distance from our warehouse and checks whether your order fits within a single van load. This gives you an accurate, real-time delivery price for anywhere we service — whether you're in the Adelaide metro area or further afield like Victor Harbor, Port Pirie, Yorke Peninsula or the Riverland
What if my order is very large?
If your order requires more than a single van load or multiple trips, our system will automatically calculate and add a second delivery fee to your quote. You'll see the full delivery cost broken down clearly before you checkout. For orders that exceed our standard delivery capacity entirely, you'll be prompted to contact our support team to arrange delivery.
Sliding Doors
Your doors will be transported in our fit-for-purpose delivery van. We ensure doors are transported upright and on their side, not flat!
Please ensure you have cleared a space for the doors to be unloaded! We recommend doors be left-leaning up against a wall with something heavy at the base to ensure they don't slide.
You'll notice the Design/Job number (ie. D123456) written on the back of each door, this is extremely helpful when you've ordered multiple wardrobes with similar size doors. The Design Number will correlate to the wardrobe's specific job sheet/paperwork found inside the fixings bag.
Internals
The internal components for your robe will be freely stacked into the back of our delivery van. Please ensure there is enough room to unpack the robe's components. Especially if you have ordered a shelving unit.
All components will have stickers that name the piece (ie LH Drawer Upright) and reference the wardrobe's Design Number.

Drawers
All drawers come pre-assembled to save installation time. These can easily be vertically stacked to save on space until you install your new robe.

The track kit has all required components wrapped and bundled.

Fixings & Specification Sheet
We supply all screws to assemble the configuration you've purchased. This will be boxed and have the wardrobe specification sheet, with each robe's job number. This will be used to reference the components required during the installation process.
We won't supply fixings for your premise. Ie. Fixing an L-bracket for an upright required two screws, one into the end panel and one into the back wall. We'll only provide the correct screw for the end panel. This is because we can't be sure if your back wall is brick or gyprock.
